Extension and complete modernisation of a single storey former Pool House in the grounds of a listed Victorian manor house.

 

The works included the construction of ground floor extensions to the front & rear, re-cladding  & complete modernization to create a family home with enviable views over the Kent countryside.

 

A brise-soleil constructed in galvanized steel, aluminium & solid elm, was added to provide much needed shade to the large south facing rear elevation.

 

The works included the installation of new kitchen, bathrooms, under-floor heating, audio-visual system and digitally controlled lighting.
