Rear ground and first floor extensions and general renovation & modernisation of Edwardian home situated in the Blackheath Conservation Area.

The works included the construction of a bronze clad rear extension to substantially increase the size of the property.

We designed a bespoke walnut kitchen and other built-in furniture to meet the exact requirements of the owner. The works also included the installation of under floor heating, internal Crittall screens and a programmable lighting system.
