Extension and Partial Modernisation of Detached Edwardian Property.

The construction of two rear / side extensions created a large, open-plan family room to the rear of the property with easy access into the rear garden.

 

The kitchen was designed to incorporate a modern oriel window with frameless corner to maximize visual links to the garden.

 

The works included the installation of a new bespoke kitchen, the remodelling of an existing bathroom, under-floor heating, bespoke joinery, discreet surround sound cinema speakers and digitally controlled lighting system.
